Our remote drives have been a hit or miss for some users. The path to their home and district drives are correct. What could be the cause? How can I correct this?
With the information provided, nobody can tell. What remote drives? what operating systems are involved? how are remote drives mounted/accessed? is not very helpful. Please be more specific on what does not work and how it does not work. Any error messages? what is in logs when drives are used?
Staff access their home drive remotely from our webpage, using LDAP. It's not occurring across the board with all staff...just a handful. Within the Active Directory, their home drive path is correct. While on-site...all files are accessible. It's only when logging in remotely that the home drive (folder) is empty
