There is a nightly SVN build: http://www.ispconfig.org/downloads/ISPConfig-svn-current.tar.gz or you checkout the head revision from SVN directly: svn://svn.ispconfig.org/ispconfig/trunk/
This will work only if ISPConfig's PHP was compiled with XML support (which isn't the default for the stable version).
