    Code:
    ispconfig v 3.3.2
    CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)
    PHP 5.6.40 (cli) (built: Feb 3 2021 11:47:03)

    Hello,

I would like to edit or remove the default index .html
I makes changes to index .html in
    /usr/local/ispconfig/server/conf/index/
    /usr/local/ispconfig/server/conf-custom/index/

I disabled all Apache (httpd) caches (memcached, disk cache ...)

Nothing changed when I added my own index .html in web directory
    /var/.../mypage.tld/web/index.html

When I enter mypage.tld in the browser,
it's horrible, sometimes my Wordpress site does not redirect to https, and the default Welcome page is displayed.

What file should I edit ?

Then you are years ahead of the ISPConfig project, as the latest version is 3.2.5 and the standard index page in ISPConfig 3.2.5 is not named index.html anymore in current ISPConfig versions, so if you still have an index.html page in your websites when you add a new site, then you don't use a recent ISPConfig version.
