Hi I made some changes to fstab trying to make a user capable to run configure. (BY the way I am trying to install courier-authlib). And I screwed up so now the system can’t boot . I have a fstab backup but how do I replace it? booting from a live cd maybe?

You can boot from a live disc, mount your linux disc and fix the fstab.

Aren't you getting the option to continue (CTRL-D) or enter root pass to get a maintenance shell when you boot?

Can you show us the error your getting at the end of the boot process?
