I am using a Debian (Lenny) server and webmin to administer it, but I don't like Webmin much never have, and I always liked 42go back in the day, so I would like to replace webmin with ISPConfig. Any problems? Do I just install ISPConfig and stop using Webmin? Is there any problem when I upgrade to Squeeze (any day now!)...? Another question is, I have a client who uses Plesk on a Debian box, and this is horrible! it makes it really hard to do anything from the command line as it makes a mess of linux. Is it easy to replace plesk with ISPConfig? I should imagine not! Many Thanks, Andy
You can just install ispconfig and use along with webmin. I actually use both, webmin is good for managing some stuff, rebooting server, stopping and starting services etc.. However if i was you, i would do a clean install, backup the data on the server and then when installing linux format the disk and then install ispconfig.
