I wanted to request a how to for a server setup with Linux apache php/python and PostgreSQL with phpmyadmin support....

Can't help you with a tutorial, but Postgress and phpmyadmin are mutual exclusive. phpmyadmin is for MySQL only.

 

Then of course he means phpPGadmin...

I have no idea. A quick Google for 'Linux postgress apache php python' did not reveal much relevant info. Maybe you should break your search in two parts: one for Postgress and one for Python. HTH.

 

that is the same problem I have a google/clusty search did not reveal any direct info I will try to break it up instead...
