It's very nice that domain/site options now include custom php.ini settings as well as custom apache settings, thank you very much for that.

I also saw that my suggestion to disable mod security by default for the ispconfig application has been implemented.

One more request I have is to make available to the server admin options applying to optional shared server resources i.e. :
    - the server's default domain (i.e. 000-default.conf or vhost)
    - phpmyadmin
plus possibly squirrelmail or whatever more is needed on the server.

    Common issues with those are:
    - default domain: redirection of the server's IP to a site created in ISPC and special php.ini and vhost settings
    - phpmyadmin: disable mod security, change max post size and max upload file size
    - squirrelmail or other directories: same as above

It would be nice to have more control over those things from the interface.

While vhost settings like disabling mod security are easily done through SSH, the php.ini settings have been elusive, and I didn't discover how to set a special set of PHP settings only for /phpmyadmin, for example.
I had to change the php settings of mod_php in apache2 conf, so now everyone that knows I set the max file size to 64M can make my server unresponsive.
