I was testing reseller templates and noticed that If I apply a "Client Template" on reseller her Reseller account disappeared from the Reseller list. How can I get it back? I was looking at the database with phpMyAdmin and could not find any place that would define the Reseller from normal users.
Found it. dbispconfig | client | limit_client If that was changed back to 1 then the Reseller was visible again.
There does not seem to be setting that would allow Reseller to have similar Client-Templates that admin has? Admin usually knows how to configure those while Reseller seldom has a clue.
Has anyone found a way to allow resellers to have a couple template options for their clients? I'm running into the same bug now ... thoughts? Thanks
