I have a need to resend a clients welcoming letter, as I have made changes to the default letter to include more information on website management etc. My question now is how do I resend the welcoming letter to a client who is already in the system, and not a new client, but rather an active client who will simply be receiving a new welcoming letter better explaining his/her hosting account.
Assign a new password to the client, and the message will be resent (you can also set the old one again, so you don't have to tell your customers they have a new password).
