ISPConfig 3.1.15p2 Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS MySQL 5.7 Website files backup run as scheduled and same number of backup copies configured. However DB seems to backup every 3-4mins. This happen on all websites in my environment. I am in a multiserver environment with mirror server of web, ns, mail server) including master to master DB replication Backup Interfval: Daily Number of Backup Copies: 10 Backups Generated: *2020-01-06_20-55.sql.gz *2020-01-06_20-52.sql.gz *2020-01-06_20-48.sql.gz *2020-01-06_20-45.sql.gz *2020-01-06_20-42.sql.gz *2020-01-06_20-39.sql.gz *2020-01-06_20-36.sql.gz *2020-01-06_20-33.sql.gz *2020-01-06_20-30.sql.gz *2020-01-06_20-27.sql.gz web59_2020-01-05_22-05.tar.gz web59_2020-01-04_22-08.tar.gz web59_2020-01-03_22-06.tar.gz web59_2020-01-02_22-05.tar.gz web59_2020-01-01_22-12.tar.gz
I have not seen that on a system before. Try to run optimize and repair on all tables in the two ispconfig databases to ensure that no tables are broken. Looks as if the system is not able to store the backup state somehow.
Typo? Does the backup complete successfully? It may try to run again if it fails. Did the problem start just now? There was this message: https://www.howtoforge.com/community/threads/no-db-backup-after-year-change.83557/
Good point. I'll check and repair the tables if necessary. Where do ispconfig store the backup state? Probably it fails, I will try to run backup debug. This starts since Nov, but don't have time to fix it.
