Hi All, I am on a Raspberry-pi 4 with Raspbian in OS (Buster). I installed this script several times as indicated in this tutorial in standart mode: https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial/ispconfig-automated-install-script/ Everything installs fine, no errors. When I want to connect to the ISPConfig page by https://192.168.1.40:8080, I am asked for the login and password. I indicate admin & admin as indicated at the end of the script but the connection is refused. Have the identifiers changed? Thank you Francois
Did you read the text of the tutorial? I guess not, I'll quote it: To sum it up: You used a third-party script that is not compatible with recent ISPConfig versions, the tutorial you used told you that you can't use this script to install ISPConfig anymore. You decided to use that old script nonetheless instead of following the link to the new installer or using the perfect server guide, just to find out that this outdated third-party script does not work anymore of course, exactly as the guide told you. What you can try is to manually reset the password: https://www.faqforge.com/linux/cont...et-the-administrator-password-in-ispconfig-3/ But it might be that other things fail later or the setup is incomplete, you'll have to find out. You should have just followed the instructions of the guide and use the perfect server tutorial or new auto-installer instead.
