I had everything up and running, set up a domain and a site with db and got that up and running (had ispconfig setup on https). When I restarted the system, the address I was accessing ispconfig at was no longer there. What might be the cause? Is there a service started in the installation that didn't get into init.d that I need to start manually. How is ISPConfig run. If this question is answered elsewhere, just point me where to look. P.S. The FAQ is not accessible by anyone.
HTTPS Requires Manual Start? Did locate ispconfig and found an entry in init.d ispconfig_server ran sudo /etc/init.d/ispconfig_server restart And had to enter certificate passphrase to start the server.
This error means that you encrypted your keys. To fix this, create new SSL certificates as described here: http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=121 and make sure you select "n" in step 7 and 8 when you are asked if the keys shall be encrypted as described in the ISPConfig installation manual:
