Hello, is here any way/command how to restore backups created via ispconfig with command and not via ispconfig?
The backup is a .zip or .tar.gz file, just unpack it and copy its content to the place where you want to have it. The database backup is a SQL file, so you can import it with e.g. MySQL command or PHPmyadmin into a new database.
