I have installed BackupPC on a separate machine, and I have been backing up my ISPConfig server for the past week. My server came with one HDD since I bought it used, and I bought another one to put in it. The issue that I have am having is that I would like to run a striped setup so that I can have more disk space. Both of the drives are 73 GB drives. I think that I need that much space eventually, and I have 1.5TB Raid array that is doing the backup. How do I add the drive to the server in a striped setup? Can it be done? If not, can I use backupPC to restore the server back to its current state? If so, how? I know that you guys have a ton of knowledge here so I would really appreciate the help. Thanks. -Drew
I must understand if there is any problem with the DATA on the raid system or is it only a memory problem ?
There is no issue with the data. I just wanted to upgrade the hard drives and then replace the data. Thanks.
