I have been using ispconfig with great pleasure. I host a few web pages myself, and have promised a friend that his ispconfig can run next to it virtually my DNS points to server A on server A is located example1 On server A I have created website example2 Under redirect type, I have selected proxy for server B on server b is example2 I have inserted the ip address under Redirect Path http:// 192.168.1.11/var/www/clients/client0/web5/web then I get to server B, but do not end up in Document Root end up welcome to nginx I have tried to change the host file on server A 192.168.1.11 example2 Then Redirect Path to example2 so I don't get to server B at all Server A has ip 192.168.1.10 Server B has ip 192.168.1.11 Both servers are running ispconfig with nginx What am I doing wrong ?
I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to achieve, but using as redirect path can not work. Do not use var/www/clients/client0/web5/web there. Redirect to the URL of the website.
