rewrite http to https not working

    If I unchecked Rewrite HTTP to HTTPS, it sitll take me to https. Is this a bug? How do I make it go to http?

    Most likely you have a cms system instaled in that website which does the redirect on its own.

    Or the browser has stored that the site is using HTTPS because of an STS header. Then everyone who accessed that site before and uses a browser compatible with STS will redirect to HTTPS...
