For last three years I am trying to make this ridiculous ISPC webalizer to work with no success. It is virtually impossible to debug if you must wait 24 hours to see if your changes work or not. There is no command to test it! Ironically I have two servers and on the other one it seems working. Comparing one against the other leads me nowhere. In conclusion, the ISPC webaliser ether works or not and if not it is virtually impossible to debug. If it works it may be temporary until the next upgrade.
