I'm trying to add some new folders for my client in roundcube. But everytime when I try this I get an error: An error occured while saving I also cant delete any mails. But I read somewhere that I need to add the trash can. Also it doesnt add the sent folder when I send an email through roundcube. But the emails do get sended. I had this problem with roundcube 0.1 and I just updated to 2.1beta and I still have the same problems. Also my logs doesnt display any errors.
Hi, Since beta 0.1 there have been a lot of bugfixes for RoundCube. 1.0 beta 2.2. was releases last month as there was a small bug in 1.0 beta 2.1. Some html content was not displayed correctly with RoundCube 1.0 beta 2.1. I do not know, why you still have problems with the latest RoundCube version. I only can say that it is working great for me and my clients are very happy with it. As soon as it is stable, it will be my webmail client no.1. Maybe you can tell me what Linux distro and which MySQL version you use. (In the past there where some problems with RoundCube and some versions of MySQL).
I'm using mandriva 2007 and mysql 5.02 But however this has nothing to do with mysql. Since roundcube doesnt store info like this in the database. Where can I find the file which contains the inbox,outbox, sentbox info? I think this has something to do with IMAP or not? My other clients dont have problems. I think my current client has problems with accessing his folder document. He can read emails and sent emails. The only problem is that he cant make folders. Likle trash and sent. Because these folders are not there. He also cant delete and save sended mails.
Anyone ever solve this? I have a user account that cannot write to their own Maildir and they cannot receive email. Howver, their listed in virtusertable and the directory was created by ISPCONFIG.
Ignore this. There is an issue with the LOGS not rotating out. The domain had over 200MB in logs and only 250MB for the whole website. The log files were 2007 to 2009.
