    In following the tutorial: http://www.howtoforge.com/roundcube_webmail_ispconfig

I have created the new site 'mymail.giganetwireless.net' in ISPConfig as directed.
I use DNSExit, so I logged into my account manager and attempted adding DNS service for 'mymail.giganetwireless.net' but DNSExit system returns warn that this is not a registered dokmain and that I should go register it.

I then log into my SRS Domain Registry maanger and attempt to register the domain 'mymail.giganetwireless.net', this ends in failure as their system is not allowing me to register 'sub-domains'.

Is it acceptible to utilize 'mymail' rather than 'webmail' as a host?

    What am I missing here?

Thanking you in advance for your help...

    Regards

mymail.giganetwireless.net is a hostname/subdomain; the domain is giganetwireless.net so make sure that it is registered.
