Roundcube login error

when i try to log into roundcube as a user
i receive pop up when i enter the user and paswword
Server Error: STATUS: Internal error occurred. Refer to server log for more information.

when i read the error log

Is this a new just installed system? Compare the installation and settings to the Perfect Server Guide you followed.
Or did the system previously work, and now failed? What was done before it started failing?
Check why that roundcube user can not access the database. Try using from command line the database with that user.

 

it was a fresh install till someone in my team install rocket chat
i cat find whats create the conflict
and thanks for the support

 

when i check it more deeper its seems that the error pop up only when i try use the folder "Inbox" from the settings or from the mail folder

 

when i try to create new folders - same error
the user and password for the DB are OK

so far i think i managed to fix the Problem (i received the test mail )
after reinstall
Dovecot
Postfix
Getmail
+
Roundcube
but now i create new One
the user fail to login from roundcube UI
