Roundcube : ''Message have been sent'' , but nothing happens

    Hello

    I'm new here and to use roundcube . I've asked help to the host manager , but they take really long to answer , and it's really slow to solve the problems

    I have installed Roundcube on ISPconfig , I log in , I send message for test ( for myself or my other gmail ) , it indicates that message have been successfully sent , I check , and nothing really happens .
    Before when I had problems with DNS , I was receiving an mail '' Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender '' , now i'm not receiving anything

    I know that I need to past my logs here so anyone may help me , but I don't find them . I'm using Ubuntu

    The mail log file is /var/log/mail.log on Ubuntu.

    Hello Till
    Thank you for the reply , I went to the path you have indicated . I've found 2 log . One of them 33mb ( lol ) , the second one mb . I want reset them , how may I do that ? I can't even scroll down . How may I reset them ? Deleting them , will they be created automatically ?

    You don't have to reset them, the system manages them automatically. To get the last lines of the file, use the tail command. E.g.


    tail -n 1000 /var/log/mail.log

    shows the last 1000 lines if the mail.log file.

    That is the problem.
    Is amavis running?

    apt-cache policy spamassassin
    It may be the way you have set up amavis needs spamassassin.
    Besides, it might be useful to see the full lines in the log. Those lines you pasted look like they are cut short.

    You commented out the amavis filter line Edit the master.cf file and remove the # in front of the line:

    #content_filter = amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024

    and then restart postfix.

    Sr if I understand you well , you're asking to have a result like this : content_filter = amavis:[127.0.0.1]:10024
    Well , I can't remove the '' # '' from the line . The line is written in blue and I can't remove/ modify anything ( I'm running on root ofc )
