Hi, when I try to enter Settings->account->... in Roundcube, I get an error "Soap Error: The Session is expired or does not exist." Looked around in the forum already, but didn't find a solution that matches. Do you have any idea? regards, Stefan
i don't believe the roundcube ispconfig plugins are installed by the auto-installer. they aren't part of the manual install perfect server tutorials. so did you install them manually? if not, follow this: https://www.howtoforge.com/install-ispconfig-3-roundcube-plugins-on-debian-10/
try logging into a webmail account and going to the password settings and try changing the password. if it works you can reasonably safely assume everything's ok. not sure if you might need to reload/restart apache/php before testing it though.
same error. double checked the plugin howto and rebooted the system, but with no effect. unfortunately, the Troubleshooting FAQ tells nothing about "Soap error: The Session is expired or does not exist."
Run a check and repair on all tables of the dbispconfig database using phpmyadmin, maybe one or more tables are crashed.
check says ok for all tables, repair doesn't work "Die Speicher-Engine für diese Tabelle unterstützt kein repair"
Please double-check that the remote user you created for the connection between RoundCube and ISPConfig is correct and that its password is correct too.
Update to 3.2.7p1, I believe the p1 fix was for remote api sessions when using restricted ip's and causes exactly this, though in practice I generally get the "Session IP mismatch" error, but have seen the "expired or doesn't exist" message for the same underlying cause .. maybe timing related as to the difference? Or maybe you have another issue, but do update.
