Roundcube does not belong to ispconfig, its a software on its own like phpmyadmin, WordPress or any other cms or website software that you might use on your server aside of ISPConfig and no RoundCube data is in the ispconfig database, so why shall it be in the ispconfig backup then? Roundcube normally uses MySQL/MariaDB as database, the database name depends on which name you have chosen for it at the time you installed RoundCube and if or in which backup it is, depends on if or how you backup databases that don't belong to ISPConfig on your server.
Ok, guess I'll have to make some contact-collection plugin to re-gather all contacts then... The supplier didn't have backups of the server. Thanks for the help!
