Hi, going to ..https://domain.com:8080/webmail (or roundcube) works fine
however https://domain.com/webmail gives a blank page with error logs noting open_basedir restrictions.

If I add the paths to the apache options for open_basedir , /etc/roundcube:/usr/share/roundcube:/var/lib/roundcube - then everything works so I can manually get things working but I am having to do this for all hosts, any ideas as to why this is not working out of the box as it were ?
If its helps... with ssl off - then everything works on port 80 OR 8080, but with ssl on I get this issue.

I guess domain.com is a website and not the hostname of the system? phpmyadmin should be accessed through the hostname of the server only, not rough domains of other websites pointing to your server.

Yes a virtualhost not the system - funnily enough phpmyadmin does work on https on port 80? - just the /webmail I am having the issue with.

If that's the way it is supposed to work that's cool as long as I have that workaround via open_basedir it's just that I swear it used to work opt of the box ... I could be remembering badly ;)

    Cheers.
