Good Afternoon, Thank you for all your help so far. I've tried setting the domain policy numbers high and now it is not rejecting any more but it is still doing the soft reject thing with the greylist module. I had it set to 999.00 and tried lowering it to maybe 800.00 but it is greylisting at low to mid teens like 14.50 or near that. Is there something else I need to do? Thank you for your help. Richard
Greylisting means e-mail is delayed, something like 10 minutes. When sending e-mail server sends same message again, it is allowed to pass. Greylisting does not mean rejecting the e-mail, it is to prevent spammers getting their messages through. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greylisting_(email)
Thanks for your response. It's taking a bit longer to understand this software and the pressure from users doesn't help. I think I have the hang of it now. Appreciate your help.
