Hello I am looking for a way to copy my worpdress sites with their database. Is it possible to do it with rsync? Knowing that my source server is running nginx and that the new server is running apache2 Kind regards Mz
I think that should be possible but may be you will need to observe permission and ownership for the sites plus create htaccess file, if needed, for apache2 as none is used in nginx. Personally I would prefer to dump the data instead of rsync them but in theory that should work as well.
