Why do you want to do this, it can not be run it on the shell manually. Amavisd is a daemon that listens on a tcp socket for emails.

A virus on your linux server? Thats very uncommon. More likely it is that your server got hacked or that you have a vulnerable cms system or contact form which was misused to send spam. Please describe the symtoms that you see, this will make it easier to help you.
