Hello, another newbie question Assume that I own the site www.mysite.com and my provider doesn't allow me to use scripts. Now I wish to place a script on my ISPConfig (on SuSE 10.1) webserver and call it from the www.mysite.com webpage. Is that possible? And how could this be done? Can I only do things like that if I (officially) register a website and place my scripts there? Please don't tell me I could host the whole site on my own server! What I wrote above is just a simplification of the real problem; I really need a way to accomplish the given setup. Thank you! regards, Tom
The site on your ISPConfig server needs a domain / hostname that is officially registered. Otherwise you will not be able to call a script from the internet.
