Does anyone have tips for gettings the best use out of Unbuntu on Hyper-V in Windows? I am super new to all this. Are there any specifc versions that run better in this VM? Thank you in advance!
Never use it but simple search will show this wiki: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Hyper-V I am not aware of the specific version that run best in that environment, but have you consider WSL2 instead of that Hyper-V?
