Hi all, I've just been looking at my config.inc.php and noticed that the postfix_config option is set to 1 which is Sendmail mode. Since I'm running actually running Postfix, would there be any advantage to using Postfix mode (i.e. altering the config variable to 2)? Would it alter the Postfix configuration files in a useful way, or in a dangerous way? I assume that Sendmail mode is fine (i.e. so far, ISPConfig seems to set up valid postfix virtual hosting name, etc.), so is there any reason not to leave it the way it is? For the record, I set up the ISPConfig instance following the Perfect ISPConfig install howto for Ubuntu Breezy. Thanks in advance for any suggestions, Dave
Postfix supports both modes well, so there is no need to switch to postfix mode. Postfix mode is just the original style to configure postfix virtusertable files.
