I've been using Jing for screen video captures--super easy and it automatically uploads it and puts a link in your clipboard to paste into your post. So instead of trying to describe your problem you can just video it for everyone to see, and you can record sound at the same time to describe it. http://www.jingproject.com/ It's especially useful for customers who are even more clueless than me. One couldn't figure out how to setup a new user in ISPconfig. I Jing'd myself setting one up in a few secs and I was surprised at how happy it made him, lol.
