Can anyone tell me how to take screenshots and save them during the Ubuntu and/or Debian setup process?
I guess you cant save them in Ubuntu / Debian directly. But if you use a virtualization software like qemu or vmware, you can take the the screenshots easily from your host operating system.
The bootup screen of the Ubuntu/Debian CD gives you some options (F1, F2, F3, ...). I think if you press F3 you get a description of what you can do with the CD (different boot modes, etc.). Maybe they also have a mode that allows you to take screenshots (for example, Fedora works like that).
