    Hello all,

As some of you may know we have started a project to collect spam ( www.spammail.ca ) What I want to know is if anyone knows of a script or way that I can query the mailbox of the user attached to [email protected] and output the number of messages in the inbox as a plain text file in the root of the web directory. Currently we are manually updating the number of messages received which isnt nearly as accurate and definately less cool ;) I am sure there is a way this can be done, I have seen one that logs in using POP and basically does the same, however I would like to use something serverside to ease maintinance. This is running Uebmimail... <-- or however it is spelt and ISPconfig (obviously) on a debian/ubuntu machine.

    Thanks for your help all!

BTW if I posted this in the wrong area I am very sorry :D

I'm not quite sure if it can do this, but you should have a look at pflogsumm and mailgraph.
