Hello, I have a client who would like to create an access to his account for another person. If I understood right, basicaly it is an accound for a client. Is it possible to create a second account for a client? I tried to add another user but I had the message this type of account must be added by ISPConfig itself. Before I used Plesk, where it was possible to create seondary accounts and assign them specific roles and I try to reproduce this scenario in ISPConfig.
No, at least not trough the interface. You might try to do this in the database in the sys_user table by duplicating the first user and changing its username and password afterwards. But this may mess up records that get edited by this additional user as it is unsupported and untested, so I won't do that if I were you.
