I guess you mix up servers here. Secondary DNS zones in ISPConfig are used to run your own secondary DNS server, which is not the case here as your secondary DNS is from OVH. Remove the secondary zone you created in ISPConfig, then login to your OVH account and create a secondary zone there (if the offer such a secondary DNS service). And as you say your primary DNS works, which I assume is your ISPconfig system, then you have no ISPConfig issue here but a issue with your OVH secondary setup.
