Hi, I deployed an ISPConfig 3.1.15p3 following the guide "The Perfect Server - Debian 10 (Buster) with Apache, BIND, Dovecot, PureFTPD and ISPConfig 3.1" I secured ISPConfig admin access with .htaccess file on /usr/local/ispconfig/interface/web/.htaccess
I did the same to secure phpMyAdmin access but creating the .htaccess file on /usr/share/phpmyadmin/.htaccess but the browser don't prompt for access password.
I tried some methods explain across the www but none works.
Can anyone help me? Thank in advance.

Problem solved adding AllowOverride “ALL” directive below the "DirectoryIndex index.php" on /etc/apache2/conf-available/phpmyadmin.conf
I did it before posting but maybe I forgot to restart apache.

    Thanks anyway.
