Send a email about disk quota

    Is it possible to send an alert to the client when he has used up the disk quota or is almost used up?

    Yes. You can find more information about it on page 264 in the manual.

    You do not say what manual that is.
    On my ISPConfig 3.1 manual on page 264 there is "Send quota warnings to client:"

    If you can't find it, you can also use the search tool of your PDF reader to search for "quota"
