Hello, I have a problem with postfix, and hope someone can help me. I installed it some time ago, some things I already forgot, anyway, everything was just working fine. The webmail client is working as needed. the problem is then using other mail clients from different domain. I have more domains on the server, and from mail clients, I can send messages only from one of them, when I try to send a message from a different domain, I get: Code: Mar 30 19:59:34 valnet-service postfix/smtpd[21286]: warning: SASL authentication failure: Password verification failed Mar 30 19:59:34 valnet-service postfix/smtpd[21286]: warning: unknown[192.168.2.112]: SASL PLAIN authentication failed: authentication failure Mar 30 19:59:34 valnet-service postfix/smtpd[21286]: warning: unknown[192.168.2.112]: SASL LOGIN authentication failed: authentication failure Can someone help me out ? The first domain was added manually, while the rest of the using postfixadmin, I'm thinking maybe this is the source of the problem?
AFAIK, Postfixadmin creates virtual users. How did you create the first domain? Does it use virtual users as well or system users?
