Hello, I just fresh installed following https://www.howtoforge.com/tutorial...l-pureftpd-bind-postfix-doveot-and-ispconfig/ on Ubuntu 20.04 Everything is fine, i can log into the roundcube with the first mail i created. I am not sure how to config the mx records , but at my dns provider i still created a record for my.domain.com as mx1.my.domain.com with priority 10 apart from this all my dns , ip4 ip6 settings ae just fine. When i login to roundcube with the email i created, i tried to send the mail to self and even though it landed in the sent folder, it never got received , then i sent email from my gmail to the email i created, and it never received. then i sent email to the gmail from the email i created, even though it shows sent in my sent folder, my gmail account did not get any email. My signature has link to e-mail setup tutorial, it has some info on how to troubleshoot e-mail problems. You should not paste long log listings, post only the parts relevant to the problem at hand. Usually it is the log lines from the time you tried to send e-mail or e-mail was trying to arrive at your server. I noticed form the mail.log you posted the mail components were killed several times. I don't see any sending attempts made from roundcube. send another mail from roundcube and post the lines that get added to mail.log from this send attempt. Plus post your /etc/postfix/master.cf file.

OK I registered a email domain where spam filter is not enabled Then i registered an email Mailbox with receiving checked. IF my domain is my.domain.com my MX i set at my DNS provider as 10 mx1.my.domain.com If this correct MX ?
Impossible to say with the information provided. Read here what MX record is: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MX_record If your e-mail domain is my.domain.com, that is, your mailbox adress where you receive e-mail is [email protected], then MX record for my.domain.com must point to the e-mail server where your mailbox is configured. Sending e-mail server examines the address after the @-sign, looks up from name service MX record for that domain, and sends the e-mail to that server.
