Sendmail Relay Problem

    I am using sendmail server.

    i want to relay all ip address local and worldwide.

    i set /etc/mail/access

    ###For my local net work
    192.168.1. RELAY


    but until i add my another city computer static ip in outlook give error relay denied.

    /etc/mail/access
    201.84.64.84
