Monitor -> Disk Usage (if you have multiple servers, select the correct server) Yes, if you enabled quota on the server (this is done when following the perfect server guide or when using the new autoinstaller). You can see it for all sites on the Home module under "Website Harddisk Quota" and under Sites -> Website quota (Harddisk).
