Server does not send mail outside

I have a problem on the server, but I do not understand too many things to deal with it.

I was updating the server to a new distribution of debian (6 -> 7) and does not work mail. Neither PHP or Perl does not send e-mails out. E-mails to be sent to I see in the /var/spool/postfix/active and that's all.

Enclosed is what I saw in other discussions. Already spent a lot of time on this, but I work in the dark.

you have to rerun the ispconfig update and let t reconfigure services, after you updated the linux distribution.

It works. I do not know why I can not got the idea to upgrade Ispconfig_update.sh with everything "reconfigure". Thank you and sorry for the confusion.
