Hello, I have ISP 3.1.13. I cant receive emails from others servers and i cant sent email form my other server. I cant send emails to gmail and other servers that have open ports 25. My other server have blocked port 25 ( he has open port 587) When i send email i got: 402841600E5 1257 Thu Dec 20 09:49:51 [email protected] (connect to example1.com[x.x.x.x]:25: Connection timed out) [email protected] All ports on firewall on ISP are open.
it's up to you to setup your routing. 25 is the port for mail-servers. if you want to send mails to certain servers using a different port, just add a route to postfix. this has nothing to do with ispconfig.
This is not related to ISPConfig in any way. The mail server is postfix, not ISPConfig, and mail servers always communicate with each other on port 25. So when your server is not reachable on port 25, then it can not receive emails, no matter which control panel you use.
