I decided to rebuild the server. but getting the same issue, after googling i find a lot of answers and tried to added to - /etc/apache2/apache2.conf ServerName MYSERVERNAME BUT THE SAME- TO MANY REDIRECT AFTER MOODLE INSTALLATION
The errorrs of a website are found in the error.log of the website and not in the global apache error.log. Take a look into the error.log of the website where you installed moodle to to see what is causing the 500 error.

Ok Sir, found my solution at - https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=230067 i just deleted all files from my /private/moodledata and that did the magic Thank you very much
Hmm, strange. a 500 error should be in error.log. Try to turn off custom error pages option in ispconfig, which error do you get then in the browser?
you right sir as when i click the admin notification i get server 500 : "The website encountered an error while retrievinghttp://mydomain.com/moodle/admin/upgradesettings.php?return=site. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly." and i cant find in ispconfig the "turn off custom error pages option in ispconfig" but noticed an error in ispconfig at server tab- ERROR Invalid Hostname.
