server named query (cache) /A/IN' denied

Getting lot of these in logs for number of domains, any ideas?

Ok i think it may be old sites still having name server settings pointing to my server, but domain is no longer setup on server?

 

Ok after further investigation this may not be the only reason, it seems it may also be related to domain alias as well?

I have recently migrated server using the ispconfig migration script, and it seems that domain alias are not working?
