   Hello.
   
   I have installed nginx + php-fpm and cgi on my server.
   Simple php files works fine (like phpinfo(); page)
   But now I download owncloud and up to my server. I cant visit index.php because I got 503 error.
   On my VPS I have 2 gb free ram and cpu usage is not more that 5%..

   Which exact error message do you get in the error.log of the website were you uploaded owncloud to?
