alright i have ubuntu 9.04 server setup, configured using the ubuntu 9.04 ispconfig 2 tutorial. everything works right but i need the server to be accessible to people outside of my network. i know in ispconfig 3 i just set the ip address of the server as the public ip address i have and i could connect to the server through either the public or the box's ip address set by my network. can i do this in ispconfig 2?

This has nothing to do with ISPConfig 2 or 3. You must tell your router to forward port 80 to your ISPConfig server.
