Setting subdomain on ispconfig3

Dear all,

i try to setting subdomain using ispconfig3, from addsubdomain menu, i add new sub domain, but nothing happen, i can't access my new subdomain.

What i want is i can access subdomain.mydomain.com and the file for subdomain
on www/subdomain
