Hola, After setting up my first server ever, I've recently installed ISPConfig. The next step would be to set up my domain, but I haven't found a tutorial that would seem to suit me, and honestly, I don't know what I should search for. Having no fix ip address, I have a dyndns domain, and my registrar offers the option for either their name servers with an A record to enter, or the use of my own name servers. What should I choose? I've looked a tutorials like http://is.gd/Uw04XD or http://is.gd/cUw7WL but I don't know how to proceed. (and sorry for this noob-ish question)
The steps ro create domains are explained in detail in the ispconfig manual: http://www.ispconfig.org/ispconfig-3/ispconfig-3-manual/
2 options 1. Address (A) record at domain registrar will have to be changed everytime IP changes. If this is easy enough it's not a problem. 2. NS record at domain registrar can be filled in with zoneedit.com server names; the first 2 are free then you pay for more after that. These can be changed easily when your IP address changes. They even have dyamic DNS download. Hope that helps.
