Setting Up A FreeRadius Based AAA Server With MySQL & Management With Daloradius

    Getting this 'no installation candidate' error when I try to install:
    any ideas?

    Install libmysqlclient15-dev instead of libmysqlclient-dev.

    BTW, the tutorial was written for CentOS, so you might have to adjust a few other things.

    Replacing Cistron with freeradius !

    hey there herbie,

    There are 3 articles on freeradius

    The basic one. i.e. without mysql but has eap/ttls howto (which applies to other 2 as well) this one is for freeradius 1.7.x (which is still support with security fixes)

    This one is with ubuntu 8.04 LTS , Freeradius 1.7.x + Mysql + Daloradius
